Structured problem solving, not advice.
You bring a real situation: a cross-team deadlock, a project that keeps slipping, a deliverable where "done" means something different to every stakeholder, a dependency no one will acknowledge. We diagnose the root cause, define what needs to be true for execution to resume, and identify the specific actions required to get there.
The session follows a structured format. Problem definition (10 minutes), root cause analysis (20 minutes), resolution design (20 minutes), and a concrete action plan (10 minutes). You leave with an answer, not more questions.

Everything discussed during an Execution Triage session is confidential. If your organization later engages for a larger project, nothing from your individual session is shared, referenced, or used. Sessions may be recorded and processed with AI-assisted note-taking to support post-session reflection and continuity. Recordings are never shared and are deleted after the engagement concludes. No summaries shared with third parties, no exceptions.
