One System. Predictable Delivery.
01 — The Format
Where the approach scales.
The Execution System moves from individual agreements to a system of execution. We structure agreements across teams, align work through explicit dependencies, reduce coordination overhead, and create consistent, repeatable execution patterns.
This is not a workshop. It is not a team-building exercise. It is a structured implementation built on Collaborate by Contract where participants — across teams and functions — commit to execution and are held to the result.
02 — Who It's For
Organizations that need a system, not advice.
Align on outcomes.
For leadership teams where decisions stall, accountability is diffused, and strategic priorities shift without resolution. The Execution System forces alignment by making commitments explicit and shared.
Ship as a unit.
For engineering, product, or cross-functional teams where handoffs break down, ownership is unclear, and delivery timelines slip. The Execution System creates structured agreements that every member executes against.
03 — The Result
What changes.
- Fewer missed commitments. Work does not begin without a clear agreement.
- Clearer ownership across the organization. Every deliverable has a named owner.
- Faster execution with less friction. Dependencies are defined upfront, not discovered mid-sprint.
- A system that reinforces accountability by default. Outcomes are explicit and measurable.
04 — How It Differs
Not consulting. Systematic execution.
Most organizational engagements are advisory. A consultant observes, diagnoses, and recommends. People nod. Nothing changes. The Execution System is different because it uses the same Collaborate by Contract structure that governs the Execution Contract — applied across teams and functions.
Every participant is a named stakeholder. Every deliverable has an owner. Every dependency is documented. There is no room for diffused responsibility, unspoken expectations, or political cover. The system makes the invisible visible — whether that spans one team or ten.
05 — Pricing
Scales with your organization.
| Team Size | Price |
|---|---|
| 1–5 participants | $20,000 |
| 6–10 participants | $25,000 |
| 11–20 participants | $30,000 |
Paid in advance. Includes structured agreements across teams, implementation support, and a system that reinforces accountability by default. No hidden fees. No hourly billing.
06 — Confidentiality
What you share stays between us.
Everything discussed during the Execution System engagement is confidential. Individual assessments are private. Organizational assessments are shared only with designated stakeholders. Sessions may be recorded and processed with AI-assisted note-taking to support post-session reflection and continuity. Recordings are never shared and are deleted after the engagement concludes. No case studies, no testimonials, no third-party access without explicit written consent from all participants.
